Easily Aleksis, most experience of any pilot, (other than Sasha, of course), but also pilots the oldest jaeger in server (that has no escape mechanism), so he must have some REAL STRONG BALLS.

I would have Aleksis as well. Although he had limited screen time, Robert Maillet was perfect for the role.
