Am I the only one that ships Hayley and Mei from Pacific Rim: The Black? They are so cute together.

So when are we gonna get a page on Breacher. The big Category 6
Just Curious, is there anyone else who pair Mei and Taylor as a couple? I am asking this because I had the idea of shipping them after the series came out.
There hasn't been a post in a while, so I decided to make one. Here's a question:
Which Kaiju breed from Pacific Rim: The Black is your favorite?
One rule: You can't say it's Boy or Apex (it's not that I hate them, but they are not fully Kaiju, they are hybrids).
Please let me know in the comments!
Did apex destroy horizon? The travis’s find horizon in Australia, when it says horizon died in Lima. Or is the graveyard in Australia a jaeger graveyard? Or... is the horizon in Australia a copy of horizon brave. (Factory scene in the first movie with two horizons.)
We have November Ajax listed as active but I believe in Pacific Rim The Black, they see his corpse. Shouldn’t this be edited?
I noticed that on atlas destroyer's page, it's classified as a mk3 jaeger but wouldn't that mean it would've been used during the events of the 1st movie?
I'm digging the designs they are using in The Black. I wasn't thrilled at the aggressively blue piscine designs in the first film and the rocks-with-legs approach in Uprising. But the ones in Black actually look like different animals with different colors and different sizes (spoilers!), and physically have the part that shows they're the same breed.
So far Copperhead and Acidquill are confirmed. I think my favorite has to be that Komodo Dragon Kaiju in the river, but does it have a name?
And the smaller Kaiju that look like a dog and a horse rolled in one, is it confirmed they're the Rippers from Uprising?
''Pacific Rim: The Black'' premiered yesterday to no fanare on Netflix. Now that's been available for a couple hours, what are your thoughts on the series so far? Are you looking forward to a second season, or is this dead in the water?
For me the pros and cons are thus:
PROS:
*The show worked best when it wasn't referencing or call-backing the films. An isolated story focusing on two siblings, basically, is why most of The Black worked.
*Most of the English voice acting is solid and consistent.
*Of all the Kaiju designs, Copperhead's design worked for me the most.
*The show remembered the PPDC gave officers serial numbers.
*Joel Wyrick and Loa might be my favorite characters from the show tbh.
*The improv comedy hour with John Boyega and co. is wholly absent from the series, which is a relief.
CONS:
*The series wasted too much time on the Bogan characters
*Mei's entire backstory is info-dumped in one episode (when it could've been revealed across the season or the next), and I'm still wondering why I should I care.
*The only Australians of note are pretty much bland, "comically evil", antagonistic/villains
*Most of the central Jaegers, primarily Atlas Destroyer, resemble Gipsy Danger or Striker Eureka's silhouette too much to be unique (which highlights why del Toro telling his concept artists not to copy/paste from pre-existing designs was a good thing).
*In other words, on top of Atlas Destroyer's vomit color, the Jaeger designs are just flat and boring.
*The Kaiju Boy is just unnecessary anime fodder in a pseudo-anime series.
*Too much of the Drift/Conn-Pod philosophy is lifted from Uprising, unfortunately.
I would like to remind everyone who considers joining our fledgling Discord, that if you're under the age of eighteen, then please do not join.
If you're under the age of eighteen and you're already there, please leave the server as soon as you see this message.
(I have no real way of highlighting this since FANDOM got rid of that function, so hopefully more of you than not still browse this isolated space.)
Some users have slipped through the cracks, and I suspect that's largely on account of their not reading (or ignoring) the guidelines like I've constantly stressed, and my own error.
Obviously, if I have to, I'll take steps to make sure people know I'm serious, but I'm asking in the nicest way possible. Please do not join the server if you are under the age of eighteen.
