Since Apex's appearance mostly based on Obsidian Fury, i think it should be have a same size with that rouge jaeger. But its conn pod is more like other drone jaegers's so Apex is probably slightly shorter than Obsidian Fury, about 280 ft tall or 85.344m, comparing to 285ft tall Obsidian Fury. Anyway, Apex is still one of the tallest Jaegers ever built. I made the size chart to compare Apex to other Jaegers from Uprising.
According "Pacific Rim: The Official Movie Novelization". The energies are required to open A breach are enormous. Like focusing energies equivalent to the entire output of human civilization during the last century. In Uprising, we saw multiple Drone Jaegers opened a lot of Breaches without any difficult, that's mean these portal beams are the same energies entire output of human civilization during the last century. Crabcakes emerged from a breach and got sliced by these portal beams into its face but it wasn't die yet. What a tough kaiju!!
Decided to listen to the audio commentary for Uprising to see if I could find any tid-bits for the wiki.
I did not know James Gunn had a cameo in this film that got removed.
DeKnight wanted to pair Amara up with Jinhai (which is why Jinhai was the nicest character to Amara),
He also wanted to push the Nate/Jules/Jake love triangle further in the sequel.
Ilya and Renata's last names (Zaslavsky and Gutierrez) were a pain in the butt to spot in the BTS featurettes.
The "teen" actors were all sent to an intensive boot-cap to get to know each other, became close, but none of that chemistry was actually used in the film.
Guillermo del Toro came up with the idea where Newton is basically having sex with the Kaiju brain "Alice".
A lot of the film's dialog is improvised (which explains a lot of its problems with regard to its characters)
Mako was originally supposed to be in a coma. They would've ended up using the Drift to access her memories for the location of the Jaeger facility in Russia.
