Arachnaut is a Rogue Jaeger owned by the black market dealer Mech Czar, and piloted by mercenaries Jin Yaozu and Vadim Sokolov.

Early into another race set up by Ada, the Headhunter is suddenly hit with a Scrambler Pulse and is sent hurdling into a nearby house. Riya Khatri, utterly confused and her Jaeger disabled, calls out on the intercom, mentioning how weapons were against the race rules. Mercenary Jin Yaozu stepped out of the Arachnaut, responding that Sting Blades was put out of commission by Scrapper.
