Atlas Psycho is an armored Jaeger, his Conn-Pod is square and he doesn't have a neck.
Atlas Psycho's main armament is two shoulder-mounted gatling guns that are capable of rapidly firing large amounts of bullets in a few seconds. The Jaeger's secondary armament is a pair of cannons located on its wrists, the shots from these cannons are capable of creating large explosions. Atlas Psycho is also capable of shooting a blue beam through the reactor in his chest to deal damage to enemies.
