Cooper was a Ranger in the Pan Pacific Defense Corps, and the co-pilot of Striker Berserker in the continent of Australia.

Operation Blackout[]

To buy time for the Jaybird survivors to take off, Herc and Cooper attempt to fight off Acidquill in Meridian City. During the battle, the Acidquill strikes the cockpit, and while Herc survives, Cooper is killed.^[1]^[2]
