Leatherback is as a non-player character in Qualcomm's Pacific Rim: Jaeger Combat Simulator. Of the four missions in the game, Leatherback only appears in three: "Civilian Protection Training" and "Transportation Protection Training", and "Protect the City from the Kaiju". Leatherback is a stock enemy type, appearing multiple times in wave-based attacks.

Leatherback is one of six playable characters that appear in Qualcomm's Pacific Rim: Kaiju Battle mobile game. The color of Leatherback's character model can be customized with a color slider and the photo mode option available in the game allows players to insert character models into any photograph taken with the phone or tablet of choice.

Leatherback is one of six playable characters in Kaiju Battle that uses a basic melee moveset and are given a set amount of health, that can be restored after each victory, the opponent must deplete in order to beat them.

Pacific Rim: The Video Game[]

Leatherback is one of five non-DLC player characters in Yuke's Pacific Rim: The Video Game. The character is available in the base game and does not require the use of Microsoft points to unlock. Leatherback can be selected for either the game's story mode and verses mode and experience points can be earned in each battle against the Kaiju or another Jaeger.

Leatherback's move-set is comprised of basic punches, kicks, guards and guard-breaks. It uses its large hands to inflict considerable damage on an opponent. Leatherback's Power Move, the "Electric Shockwave" attack, damages an opponent with a burst of electric energy that stuns the opponent. Leatherback's Fatal Assault attack, "Body Slam to Arm Crush", allows Leatherback to ram and bash an opponent with its arms.

Leatherback is one of nine Kaiju opponents in Reliance Games' Pacific Rim: The Mobile Game.[1] Leatherback is a non-player character and similar to Crimson Typhoon and Knifehead, is incorrectly categorized as a Category II Kaiju by the game.

Beating Leatherback unlocks a stats card in the "K-Science Section" of the mobile game. The appearance or difficulty of Leatherback can be altered based on "Category".[1]
