Nome[2][note 1], is a city in the Nome Census Area in the Unorganized Borough of the U.S. state of Alaska, located on the southern Seward Peninsula coast on Norton Sound of the Bering Sea.

Nome was one of several major locations in Alaska for the Anti-Kaiju Wall commissioned by the United Nations. It was once the location of retired-pilot, Raleigh Becket, and one of three locations Stacker Pentecost searched for the pilot.[1]
