Episode Articles

As an ongoing series, Pacific Rim: The Black will require articles written about the seven episodes that debut on Netflix come March 4, 2021. In order to maintain continuity of the articles for this series specifically, users who take up this task must follow these formatting guidelines below.

Episode Guide Format

Episode Titles

As an English-language wiki, episode titles (should the series have any beyond "Episode 1", which is common among International (i.e., East Asian) Netflix series) will be taken from the Netflix US platform. If the episode titles differ in Japanese, then they'll be noted using the {{nihongo}} template.

Episode Template

There are the obvious steps. Using the proper template, such as Episode Infobox, to add basic information to inform the overall article.

Article Intro (example)

"“Episode 1” is the first episode of the series and the first episode in the series overall. It debuted on Netflix on this month, date, and year."

==Plot==
A brief description of episode (approximately 60 words long if you're not copy/pasting the Netflix episode descriptions).

===Summary===
A summation of the episode (approx. 1,000  words).

==Cast==
A list of the relevant cast that appears in the episode (not an exhaustive list via IDMB.com). Characters will be listed on the parent article of the episodes.

==Continuity==
Reoccurring story elements or callbacks, notable appearances, throughout the season. For an example see the Quantum Break Wiki.

==Trivia==
Relevant trivia regarding the series and the overall franchise. Please avoid wild speculation and theorizing, or “this character looks like this character”, which will be removed.

==Notes==
Like in our character or lore articles, {{Notes}} are for attentional context alongside reference links. They are not, however, trivia sections.

==References==
{{Reflist}} are for context links regarding information off-site that may be referenced on the Pacific Rim Wiki.
