Puma Real is one of several Jaegers available for purchase in Kung Fu Factory's Pacific Rim Breach Wars.[1] In an advertisement promoting Puma Real's appearance in Pacific Rim Breach Wars, the tagline "It's about to get REAL" is used.[note 1]
Pacific Rim (draft script)[]
In the original script for Pacific Rim, Puma Real is one of three minor Jaegers that appear at the mid-way point of the plot. When Felicity Kincaid travels to Sydney, Australia, she and Newt Gotlieb are caught in the midst of a Kaiju attack. As they attempt to escape the city, Puma Real is dropped into the city to fight off the anarchid-type Kaiju, named Dengue.
