Apppearance[]

Pacific Rim (draft script)[]

In the original script for Pacific Rim, Slattern was Category Ⅲ Kaiju. The script described Slattern like "an armless carnosaur" with a thick and serpentine body supported on "raptorial legs". It's head resembled a moray eel and sported a long tail with a barbed end. Slattern's role in the script is identical to that of Knifehead in the second act. During one of Raleigh Antrobus and Mako Mori's compatibility tests, they're pitted against a simulation of Slattern. Slattern's appearance triggers Mako's memories of the death of her co-pilot Aki Seto, and the destruction of Acid Geisha.
