Official Description[]
- "Fresh off the release of Guillermo del Toro’s epic sci-fi action movie, PACIFIC RIM, comes a second series of 7” action figures. When an alien attack threatens the Earth’s existence, giant robots piloted by humans are deployed to fight off the menace. Series 2 will have a full line of poseable action figures directly from the film. Characters include; Battle Damaged Gipsy Danger, Striker Eureka, and Leatherback. Figures stand roughly 6″ – 8″ tall and are created directly from the digital files used by ILM in the making of the movie."

Articulation[]
The figure features several points of articulation across the body. The neck and ankles are ball jointed, although the former is somewhat impeded by the chest armour, with a swivel joint on the waist. All other joints (elbows, wrists, knees, hips and shoulders) are either hinges or a combination of swivel and hinge.[2]
Trivia[]
- Just like the Heroclix Striker Eureka, this figure features the insignia "2-01" on its chest, instead of the insignia featured in the movie: "GN006".
- Due to excessive after-market prices NECA included this figure in a limited edition "Essential Jaegers" re-issue assortment released in June 2014, distinguished by a "2nd Deployment" marking on the packaging.[3]
